The owners are very lovable helpful hosts We felt very well in their house Everything is very neat and clean even the very large garden is maintained Our children have especially enjoyed the swimming pool The quiet location of the house between Praiano and Positano is very comfortable Especially we would like to emphasize the equipping of the kitchen and bathrooms This standard we have not experienced until yet in Italy All in all it was a very nice holiday not least because of the beautiful natural scenery of the Amalfi Coast Hermann ...

I recommend this property Beautiful views from three terraces very roomy and quiet House Manager is very communicative and responsive and we appreciated his help during our stay The town shuttle is at the bottom of the property steps There are over steps from the street to the property and are not too difficult once you get used to them If you don't want to use the town shuttle or don't have a car you can also walk to restaurants shops about steps down You can also walk to the closest beach another steps down to the water We had a lovely stay in early September ...

We loved our stay at the Villa L'Annuziata The setting is beautiful and the Villa is so charming as are the gardens and the view of the Isle of Capri It was easy to find and we loved the quietness of not hearing cars of motor bikes It was like a hamlet Also around the corner within walking distance an Italian restaurant and the food was delicious I recommend the Villa L'Annuziata for families and hope we get to come back soon to enjoy it again For those who like to hike this is the perfect place Regards Bernadette ...
