We had a fantastic time Francigeno was even more beautiful than the pictures The house could easily accommodate people The bedrooms were large as well as the two living rooms The kitchen was well stocked and the luxurious ensuite bathrooms were well stocked with hairdryers robes and other necessities The house was located on a acre vineyard and olive grove The owner was very nice and very helpful and as you had mentioned speaks English very well I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this house- or any of the other houses that this family owns in the area to your clients Location wise the house was minutes from Siena Montalcino and Montepulciano Thanks again C R ...

The villa was more than I expected It was really one of a kind and so memorable The downside of the villa is that the location is challenging and I don t recommend it for anyone who can t walk steep steps I am and in fair shape and I found the trek to the villa to be challenging whereby I had to stop many times in my journey to catch my breath There are no roads to reach the villa just stairs The villa hires very strong Italian men to help with the luggage so all we needed to do is to worry about was getting ourselves to the property But the challenging stairs are not to be overlooked On the positive side the villa is large beds are comfortable views are like no other and overall property was well maintained The staff was exceptional Our cook was fabulous ...
