gerne mache ich das. Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum, die Lage einmalig und der große Garten mit dem Pool wie ein Paradies. Das Haus war größtenteils sauber, vor allem Bäder, Zimmer und Wohnräume. Alles hat funktioniert.
Die Leute waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit vor allem auch Gustavo, der in der Anlage wohnt.
Wie gesagt, im Großen und Ganzen ein Traum und meine Familie würde sofort wieder da buchen.

We had a wonderful time. The quirkiness of the house provided an authentic Italian experience and the pool was great for those warm afternoons when we all returned from our various outings. The location of the house on the hill provided nice views (I chose the east side of Garda for sunsets) and a consistent breeze. The chefs you recommended, were excellent and everyone enjoyed the meal.

From the moment we booked our stay you and your team and the family who own the beautiful Villa could not have been more helpful-every question we asked about everything from towels to boat hire, to great restaurants, to fab taxi companies was answered promptly and every recommendation was truly excellent.
The Villa is just stunning-full of history and so wonderfully traditional ; and what a pleasure it was to meet a family member whose beautiful home it is, both as we arrived and departed.
The views from the Villa are really incredible, the range of garden space and terraces allow the perfect escape for all of the party, and the rooms are all wonderfully spacious, full of beautiful furniture and family pieces.
We all loved the pool and it really would be perfect for families with younger children -our children are all grown up-but we had such great fun around the pool.
We used both barbecues to enjoy every view, each terrace and the beautiful candlelit garden room over the course of our stay-each one was equally stunning.
The lovely team that came in to clean during our stay were so kind, thoughtful and attentive. That really added to the experience.
The villa is so very well appointed, and the area offers so much for everyone-from every type of water sport to fine wine and history.
Our entire family loved this villa. It was quite simply, our happiest family holiday in the most beautiful property.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden. Die Villa I Broi ist ein wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem traumhaften Garten, eher schon einem Park mit altem Baumbestand, Olivenbäumen, Weinreben und vielem mehr. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Der Verwalter wohnt direkt daneben und ist in jeglicher Hinsicht behilflich und sehr freundlich. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Wir hatten keinerlei Einschränkungen in Bezug auf COVid 19. Alle Restaurants, Läden und sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten waren geöffnet und alles lief reibungslos. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

A great house with a beautiful garden with lots of places to relax, read a book or play games. And on top of that a perfect swimming pool that is suitable for all ages. The house and surroundings are so beautiful that it could be in advertisements for the great Italian life. And Bardolino is well-known for its great tasting wines :)

We had a very nice time at Villa i Broi. The communication with the agency in advance was very friendly and uncomplicated and also the local family who owns and rents the villa was very nice. The property is huge and has a really amazing view of Lake Garda!! There is an olive grove, a small football pitch, a small vineyard adjacent to the pool, shade at all times of the day and a conservatory if it is too windy or cool to sit outside and much more. We had a great time relaxing and our children really enjoyed the extensive grounds! We can only really recommend the property. The view and the huge outdoor area are just amazing !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin, calme, la vue et toutes les prestations de cette maison.

Durant cette deuxième semaine, le beau temps était aussi au rendes-vous !

We loved Villa Broi. The owners have their own vineyards, and they take great pride in maintaining a beautiful old house. Each bedroom has either an en suite bathroom or one nearby, so we did not have to share space. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with dishes and cookware. We actually had a cooking class outside on the patio and then dined in the furnished solarium, a wonderful space outside the main house. Each evening we watched the sun set over Lake Garda from the front of the house; the views were spectacular, and the owner had provided a table and chairs in the perfect spot to enjoy cocktail hour and the sunset. There was a caretaker on the premises (he did not speak English) who maintained the grounds and the pool, but we did not need him for anything as everything was provided for us. We received a tour of the property from the owner's son when we arrived and then met the owner and his wife on the morning we were leaving when they came to do a move-out inventory. The housekeeper came three mornings to clean, but never imposed or got in our way; she was a nice lady who has worked there for 35 years. The house has wi-fi and the owner kindly provided the password.
The house is located in Bardolino, a lovely little town on the southeast side of Lake Garda. It was easy to travel each day to Sirmione, Malcesine, Verona, or other small towns and tour the area or simply to drive to the water and enjoy a breakfast lakeside. There are many restaurants within close driving distance, and we enjoyed dining outside and listening to local musicians in the evening. Vineyards line the back of the house and provide a walking path for a daily stroll. Mostly we drove but there is a wonderful restaurant next door to the house (Ristorante Costadoro) where we ate one night and enjoyed a delicious dinner; it was one of the best meals we had on this trip.

We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home is lovely, and we would certainly return if there were not so many other places to visit. We highly recommend this villa to other travelers.

We had a wonderful time at Villa i Broi. The check in and out process with the owner was seemless and we very much enjoyed meeting him. The grandchildren would have been happy not to have moved from the pool! The gardener and his wife were completely unobtrusive.
As to the house, it accommodated us beautifully. It was very clearly a family home for generations, full of character, not a house bought for renting out, and we really appreciated that.
So, in summary, we had a great week and would certainly come back to you again if (or when) we are looking to rent in your area.

Пожалуй, в этом доме не хватает кондиционеров и беспроводного интернета, а всё остальное способствует отличному отдыху: и хороший бассейн и прекрасный сад. Ну и конечно — великолепная природа.

Отмечу, что местные рестораны, особенно в Лацизе, переполнены, без бронирования никак. Для нас, жителей не кемпинга, а эксклюзивной (для этих мест) виллы рестораны чересчур массовые. Но обслуживание, несмотря на человекопоток — отличное. Прекрасные ужины на закате. Очаровательные магазинчики на старинных многолюдных улочках Бардолино и Лацизе".

Our family would like to go back and stay at the villa again. It is what we talk about most from our trip to Italy. The owners were so hospitable. They met us at the appointed times at the beginning and the end of our stay. Our instructions for the use of the villa were clear and trusting.

We decided on an approach of traveling one day and staying close to the villa on the next. We rested, cooked, visited, enjoyed the rose garden, the sunsets, the BBQ pit and park-like shade under the beautiful trees, the vineyard, and even the soccer and volley ball areas.

The villa was beautifully decorated with antiques and comfortable furnishings. The huge dinning room gave us the chance to put on a festive celebration of Ginny's and my 49th wedding anniversary.
